How to solve problems
Nothing is perfect. There may be errors in our software.
But before sending us emails, please follow these steps:
Check the help file
Many of the features are described in the help file.
Press to get help file information on the current dialog window of the application.
The help file can also be searchable by keywords.

Search our FAQ's section
You'll find answers to many commonly asked questions in our FAQ - Frequently asked question's section.
Update your software
You can download the most recent version of the software manually from our website or automatically by going to the menu "Help" - "Systeminfo" and checking your program version.
You can also activate the automatic update feature in this section.
Have a look at the release notes to find a list with all corrected errors in our applications.
Reorganize your data
After a computer crash or when you had to stop a Pro-Swim application after an error, it happens sometimes, that the data files are corrupted.
You can correct this with File - Compress database (Meet Manager and Team Manager).
Ask a question in a support forum
You can ask questions in the Pro-Swim Support Forums.
Before you open a new topic, please always check, if there is already an answer for your problem.
If you find errors in the software, please send us a support request.
Always include the name and version number of the application, and the exact name of the dialog window, where you have encountered the problem.
